osst grabbed the drive (I have to make sure it and ide-scsi load before
st) but, sadly, it's a no-go. The drive /seems/ like it wants to work,
and I can write some data (not sure how much), but then like nothing the
drive just kinda.... forgets what it's doing and gives up.
That's OK. I can't say I'm happy about it, but it's not a big deal.
I'll have to percolate to decide what, if anything, I'm going to do
next. In the meantime, I purchased a DLT 4000 for a great price so I'll
use that in the OnStream's stead.
