[OSS Proxy] [PATCH] add -pthread

Hi,

this patch adds "-pthread" to the compiler and linker flags, which is
actually required as osspd uses pthreads. It's based on a patch in the
Ubuntu package [1], where it supposedly fixed an FTBFS. For some reason,
the program builds all right on my Debian system, but adding the flag is
IMHO still a good idea.
