Ah, interesting. If you are logged in it converts Times to whatever TZ you specify in your User prefs. If you aren't logged in it displays TimeZone for PST.
If I log-out the last comment shows as 2006-11-21 17:59 while the text shows that I posted it at 2006-11-21 21:00 (ie ignoring my 1 minute off problem, I posted it at 9pm East Coast time, and it shows as being posted at 6pm, so it must be PST).
