[OSSIM] Problems with reading CADRG

There still seems to be a problem with reading CADRG files.  The error
arises in ossimNitfVqCompressionHeader::parseStream with this line:

theTable[idx].theData = new
ossim_uint8[theTable[idx].getDataLengthInBytes()];

Malloc is trying to allocate large amounts of memory because it appears that
some of the table entries have an incorrect data length value.
This problem is showing up in several CADRG product sets.

I did a CVS update this morning and was still having troubles.
