One of our folks working on windows has built the current (within the last
week or so) ossim trunk.  We know it works as he used it to build
ossimPlanetQt and that works fine.  But when he tries to build a project
with my source he gets compile errors in ossimCommon.h (see below).  It
looks like for some reason its having problems building template classes.
Is there something special required in the way of compiler flags or defines
when compiling on windows?
