Mam planetu, 67 env. 50-100 energie, marginal. Tedy je
naprosto v mezich pro marginal, dokonce pro gaiu.
Nejsem ani na zadne hranici nejakeho prechodu, ani nad
ni, aby se mi odecitali body Normalne ji kazdy tah
pribyva 356 bodiku na env. Par dni sem pridaval
improve env body odjinud, ale nezobrazovalo to nic vic
nez stale +356. Nevim presne jestli to pridavalo a
pouze jen nezobrazovalo, ale i to bylo delat.

Dve moznosti:
1)Pokud ten projekt je nefunkcni odjinud, nemel by to
kod povolovat stavet
2)Pokud je funkcni, mel by zobrazovat v souctu i
prispevky z jinych planet.

Env status while running Improve Env.
I have a 67 Env, 50-100 En, Marginal planet. So it's well within the margins for a Marginal, even for a Gaia. Normally every turn the Env increases by 356. I've been running Improve Environment from elsewhere (another planet in the system I guess - translator), but it still showed only +356. I'm not sure whether it just showed that or didn't add those additional points at all, but it should do that at least.

Two possibilities:
1) If it's impossible to Improve Env from another planet, the code shouldn't allow the project to start in the first place.
2) If it is possible, it should show the increment from other planets as well.
