#1 Copy and Paste of questions

One of the missing features when you are building huge
questionaires with opensurveypilot is the option to
copy a single question and then paste it once or multiple.
Especially when you are using questions with the same
answering options, you just have to change the
questions and all the other stuff can be the same.

Would be great if you can consider this in one of the
next releases!
