#98 Option for no popups for Tasks
First of all I really like the simplicity of Osmo. I have been looking for a simple "to do" list that will handle recurring tasks. Osmo is one of very few. I do however have 2 recommended enhancements.
1. Provide an option to turn off the popup notifications for Tasks. Sometimes I am late on tasks and I know it. Right now I am late on 6 tasks but I don't want to redate them so every time I open Osmo I get about 6 popup messages. I would like to have an option to turn off the popups and just have the list showing my overdue tasks in red and tasks due today in green.
2. For recurring tasks, it would be nice to have the option for "Manual Redate". For example I have a task to remind me to change the oil in my car every 6 months. Since it's recurring, Osmo redates this event automatically regardless if I have actually done the task or not. When this happens I have forgotten about a task because I had not gotten to it. I still like some tasks to automatic redate however such as birthday reminders.
I appreciate your consideration of these enhancements.

I fully support suggestion 1, to suppress popups for tasks.
These reminders are extremely annoying, particularly if only the date (and not the time) is specified. The reminders pop up about every 5 minutes, greatly reducing the convenience of using the task module. The task module is my main reason for using Osmo, and is otherwise very useful.
My (hopefully temporary) workaround is to use the next year in the date.
