Chapter 2.1, page 7, very last point of this chapter:
Must be aspace.h instead of event.h

Chapter 2.2, page 10:
The lis of register functions seems short and unbalanced, but no comment
that these functions apply to all registers. So:
No get_ES(), get_GS()?
No setES/FS/GS()?
No get_LDTR()?

Figure 2.2, page 12 seems to be out of place? There's talk about threads on
page
11 and 13, and in the middle of the sentence page 12 with the multiboot
struct breaks in.
