Sequence of the tabs The ecommerce was not always last. So freefields data added was not
uploaded the first time.
Speed of the TAccountviewer is optimized and added a tick for the contra accounts (its a
resource drain on large sets)
Reports from to with the new variable in the search screens.
In documents with large fonts and a smaller screen the buttons for save and cancel where gone.

The new version has a first support for mysql and postgress this makes
it even more flexible. Now make your pick on one of the 3 databases when
creating a new set of books. Use our manual to set up a demo (mysql postgress)
and start helping out finding the remaining bugs.

totals for column balances was incorrect when debit and credit was mixed on 1 account.
Out of stock and stock level was displayed incorrect for unit quantity 
for units with more than 1 products.
Error message when using repeating transactions (0.00 is not a valid date / date time).
Export of PAIN payment file (creditor) did not state the right text when there was no

As of this week we have a drag and drop solution for MAC OSX users.
It's a combined wine for MAC and osFinancials install.
Which will work right away after decompressing the downloaded file.

There are (as usual) 2 version:
NL for Dutch speaking users including Belgium.
INT for the rest of the world.
The diffrence between them are the supplied set of books.
The NL versio only has 1 for NL and 1 for BE.

In this version of osFinancials we mostly fixed problems that where found by our user base.
We again bring you our progress in this accounting package and hope you can appreciate it.

We will go in to a long term release with our 4 version so there will only be bug fixes for the next coming 3 years.

In this new release we have rewritten most reports in reportman.
And added work flow as main features.

In this minor version release we have more improvements on the total viewer. It now allows you to make trail balance of more than 1 year or do a new type report that shows total bed credit for the period and a separate column for balance and profit loss. Also you can now report on costgroup2.

The latest release of osFinancials allows you to make use of new functions. This is a small sum of all changes made in this latest release compared to the 2.0.2.0

Improved open item with better link and unlinking functions. Also improved reports of the open items (speed)

More progress bars in slow operations on large dataset. So you know when to get that coffee.

Get news and updates direly in osF true RSS feeds. We can now read RSS feeds and also allow you to create a simple search GUI in HTML on your osF data.... read more

* Correct tab order for debtor/creditor form.
* Import export of all debtor and creditor information including the counties and new fields.
* Corrected Pos invoice use of country also for pos invoices and corrected code that copied the address details for the debtor.

* Reuse of the path of the wk1 file was to short in edit->Stock||advanced The path was cut off at 35 chars now the full path is stored.

* Country was not updated correctly for a invoice.

6 digets ledger account was not picking up the right tax in documents.
Resized some screens as they where cutt of (set of books propertys , salesmen , batchtypes)
Creating a new set of books did not allow you to change the document number.
Reportman document reports did not initilize the right printer.
Backorder only gets added if its a new order.
Fixed SQL error in cofirm documents.
Ducth Bank diverence and excl amounts dit not reflect correctly (tax was not added).
Progress screens did not disapear. I have implemented the new progressbar in almost all processes.
Dutch Bank Error whan not in single line mode and posting the ledger.
Reportman Reports can now use all translations of osF.
Remittance email was not picking up fields
Remittance list report was not showing items..

Serrius bug in balancing entries. The description was shifted. To correct this problem you need to reverse the batch and rebalance/repost it.

Printers now have a tickbox in the setting you need to tick to make use of them. As my printer settings where used to print as default its better to offer this feature only when ticked on so you need to set the printers first.

Balances now produce right output for tax lines (balancing debits and credits on account and tax transactions)
Taccountviewer now supports viewing of the debtors and creditors main account ledgers.
Taccountviewer code changed removed the closedsource components and cleaned up the code.

New remittance plugin with email capabilities. Tested by Theefabriek

Tax in batches was recorded ABS(taxamount) so the batch was reversed this would increase the amount in the batch.
This was only when using the inc exc button after setting the amount.... read more

* Tax balancing is improved to make way for new rpeorting that will be mutch better then the old reports.As this can only be done if we have the right data in the database. If you compleetly reverse your books then you can have all tax entries correct for the new reporting i will work on.
* Reversing a cash/bank book transaction inc with tax deducted the tax amount.... read more
