Y'all know I take to philosophizin', so here's a bit of what I've been 
thinkin' ...

One benefit of open source behavior is the transparency we achieve through 
the use of the listserv.

I encourage everyone to follow Cory's lead in using the listserv to expose 
issues for open discussion. I'd like us to incorporate this approach into 
the IV&V process, so we can be more agile and build consensus across the 
team.
