Rob,
This looks like good stuff but is applicable to a subset of the team,
not so much for those on the architecture/modeling side.  Most of the
people who would be working at this level are local (E.G. Willie, Nilesh
& perhaps Tom).  Perhaps we should do a dedicated session out of the
workshop.  What do you think?
