OSDA allows open source developers to have certainty as to who owns the intellectual property of their software. Luke Mewburn, a core NetBSD developer and SAGE-AU Vice President, and Geoff Halprin, a SAGE committee member and ex-SAGE-AU committee member helped bring this baby into the world over a two year period.

Four clauses are available for insertion into new contracts, and a letter is available for people already employed, so it's likely that we have a clause that will work for you.
