If you enter a measurement the note dispears as the measurement is saved to the toilet roll
If you leave the chart your note dissapears

    Steps to reproduce
    Enter an appointment
    Type something but do not save the note, leave it unfinished
    Then add a measurement using a measurement group
    the measurement saves and the note is lost
    Alternately just open CDM indicators and your note is lost
