#4368 QA failure in Patient Summary page for ongoingconcerns, 500 internal server error

Client browser: Firefox
Client OS: Ubuntu 14.04

Preconditions:

1. A test patient

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new UI, select patient and open the patient summary page. Firebug reports an internal server error which is also present in the Tomcat7 log. See attachment.

Expect Result:
Not 500 internal server error reports when loading the Patient Summary page.

Observed:
When the patient summary page of the new UI is loaded, there is an internal server error. The logged message is:

Hi Marc, I did QA on the fix and it doesn't appear to work. Check http://oscarqa.seng.uvic.ca:18080/oscar_master/web/#/record/1/summary which still displays the 500 internal server error on summary page.

BTW, the 500 internal server error arose when the CXF jars were reverted to prior version.

Bug still exists as of Aug 25, 2016. Have moved back to open-accepted
