#3210 Notification message to complete “Rourke Baby Record” eForm appears in “Rourke" eForm for 18 month old patient even after eForms completed

Precondition:
1.OSCAR McMaster trunk, system and DB up and running.
2.OSCAR user has the correct credentials to login

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch the browser and open StoneChurch OSCAR v.12 live site
2. Log In.
3. Select Search function from the top navigation bar on the main page.
4. Search by patient name
5. From the record returned click on the hyperlink “E” (eChart)
6. When redirected to eChart user has two options to open Born 18 month old patient eForms:
   a) Activate eForms list (mouse over “+”) in eForms section
   Observe list of e-forms and select eForm from the list
   b) Run OSCAR Search window in eChart module
   Pass in parameter NDDS and hit search
7. Activate NDDS eForm.
   a) Pass in required parameters and information
   b) Save as Sign & Save.
8. Run OSCAR Search window in eChart module
   Pass in parameter Rourke Baby New and hit search
9. Activate Rourke Baby New eForm.
   a) Pass in required parameters and information
   b) Save as Sign & Save.

Expected Result:
1.After user completed and saved NDDS eForm for a 18 month old patient as Sign & Save:
a)Pop up window appears to remind user to complete Rourke Baby New eForm for 18 month old patient.
2. After user completed and saved Rourke Baby New eForm for 18 month old patient as Sign & Save:
a) No notification message appears on the screen with request to complete “Rourke Baby Record” for 18 month old patient

Observed:
After completion and submission of:
a) “NDDS” eForms
b) “Rourke Baby New” eForm for 18 month old patient
c) Save as Sign & Save
Reminder complete “Rourke Baby Record” eForm still appears on the screen

The issue is due to saving of Rourke eform too slow. It is fixed with new version of Rourke eform.
