Client Browser: Mozilla Firefox 25.0 for Ubuntu Canonical - 1.0
Client OS.: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Processor:Intel® Core i5-3320M
CPU @ 2.60GHz × 4, OS type: 64-bit
Dataset used: OSCAR testing dataset
Tested By: Alek Mirkin
Precondition:
1.OSCAR McMaster trunk, system and DB up and running.
2.OSCAR user has the correct credentials to login
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Expected Result:
1.After user completed and saved NDDS eForm for a 18 month old patient as Sign & Save:
a)Pop up window appears to remind user to complete Rourke Baby New eForm for 18 month old patient.
2. After user completed and saved Rourke Baby New eForm for 18 month old patient as Sign & Save:
a) No notification message appears on the screen with request to complete “NDDS” eForm. Summary eReport is opened automatically
Observed:
After completion and submission of:
a) “NDDS” eForms
b) “Rourke Baby New” eForm for 18 month old patient
Reminder complete “NDDS” eForm still appears on the screen
Possible causes:
If the NDDS form completion date is earlier than the baby is 18-month. The rourke form will not take it as a valid completed NDDS form.
If the eRourke & NDDS were saved in this order:
Solution: Open a new eRourke form (which will already contain all the data of the last saved eRourke) and sign & save again.
The reason of this issue is because a re-opened draft eRourke cannot detect the status of the NDDS. Only a new eRourke form can detect that the NDDS is completed. This is a limitation of all the eforms but only becomes a concern with the BORN eforms because they are "linked".
A suggested long-term solution is to get-rid of the "draft" status of the eRourke/NDDS forms but we need further discussion on this.
