Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to OSCAR with user that has 'administration' level privileges
2) Click on 'administration'
3) Click on 'system reports'
4) Click on 'security log report'
5) Leave the provider set to 'all'
6) Leave the content type set to 'admin'
7) Click the 'Run Report' button
Excpect Result: Field level validation is not running on this form. The page should tell the user to enter a 'start date' and a 'end date' and disable the button until that information is supplied by the user
Actual Result: The report runs including all data for all dates in the system.
Note: Other than having a report run with the wrong data set (date range), the system will become unusable with this type of report. Today while testing on the DEMO server at MFP, I was able to do this and the UI became unresponsive for about 10 to 15 minutes. This happened beause there were so many records it was retrieving/displaying. So there are two issues here:
1) wrong date selection retrieved
2) system becoming unresponsive (performance issue)
