#3092 Reports -> Desease Registry causes HTTP 404 error

Attempting to run the Desease Registry report causes a http 404 error.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Login to OSCAR with user that has 'Administration' level privileges
2) Click on 'Administration'
3) Click on 'Reports' -> list will expand
4) Click on 'Desease Registry'

You will see the following error in the Report control panel

Sorry but there was an error: 404 Not Found

Expected Result: This should open up the Desease Registery report manager

oscar/report/DxresearchReport.do
