[Osalp-dev] aflibAudioEdit changes

I have made some changes to the aflibAudioEdit class. I
added a removeSegmentsFromInput function. This removes
all edits from a specific input. I also made some changes
to misc classes for the GNU 3.0 compilers.

I will try to get back to the delay function requested in
a couple of days.
