[Osalp-dev] FFT class

I have changed the FFT algorithm in the aflibFFT class. The previous one
was
GPL and not LGPL. I have found a public domain algorithm and used this
one
instead. This changes the license of the library and makes it completely
LGPL
now. These have been checked into CVS.
