#4 ortsg loading time

ORTSG takes a long time to load (~1000-1500 frames) the
first time it is run during a session. It also doesn't
print anything out after printing "MAXTIME 105", so it
looks as if it is frozen. If the loading time can't be
fixed, it would be nice to have at least some print
statements every once and a while to reassure us that
it isn't frozen :)
