#10 doxygen directories not up to date

The directories specified in the doxygen.cfg file of a fresh ORTS install includes some directories which are old (I suspect) and have been moved or removed. This causes 'make doxygen' to fail.

The directories that I had to remove to make doxygen work are:

../../apps/osl_orts/src
../../apps/osl_test/src
../../apps/particletest/src
../../libs/dcdt/se/src
../../libs/dcdt/sr/src

Perhaps there are also directories that need adding to the file?

Also, hi again! It's been a while since I've tinkered with ORTS, so is this bug-tracker being used at all?
