Debian includes orbitcpp in the unstable and testing distributions, and
it will most likely be included in the release of woody (due Real Soon
Now).
Actually, I have to get it building under GCC 3.0 for it to be included
in woody, so that might not happen.
I don't know of any other distributions which include it though.
