[orbitcpp-list] ORBit-mt integration

Hi folks,

I've been playing around with ORBit-mt a bit and I'd thought it
would be nice, if orbitcpp would check for ORBit-mt in the
autoconf script and enable a '--multithread' option in
orbitcpp-config (which would call orbit-config-mt with the
appropriate options).
If nobody objects, I'd have a go at this.
