Now able to twitt with JDBMS_TWITTER

Oracle is now able to twitt thanks to JDBMS_TWITTER. For now, only message post and Twitter ping features are available, but other features will soon be out. Have a look at a little screenshot here : http://oracle-jutils.sourceforge.net/img/JDBMS_TWITTER_1.png
Some corrections around JDBMS_JACKSUM have also been performed.
