libs/log4php/<stuff> filenames were all in lower case.
My Solaris file system is case sensitive. The php code
referred to log4php file names in CammelCase.

I started renaming them on a file-by-file basis (fix
one, refresh page, fix that one, etc) but it got to
booring. So I downloaded log4php-0.9 and used that. No
more errors.

This might not be an actual bug - It's possible I
mangled the filenames myself, by using winzip / samba
to install orablog.

The log4php files are checked into subversion with the camel
case filenames. I have checked the release tar file and it
also contains the camel cased filenames.

I'll leave the bug open for now as I guess the release notes
or the installation instructions will need to be updated to
have some mention about which untar program to use.
