#42 Add pseudo delta filter type 'preserve'

Some pseudo delta filter type (-f option) might be useful.
In particular, -f6 (say) could mean "preserve the current filter type".
This could be useful when one knows that the hueristic used to select the filter types was good, but one wants to optimize the rest (zlib parameters).
