[opsmodelling-general] Usage of Tasks System Started

Hi all


Please contact me and I'll assign you task you want to do. If you
don't contact me on this issue, I'll maybe assign you current high
priority task (of your desired sub project). Tasks could be found only
in our conversation (i.e. forum, this list and email). After this all
tasks that I see now will be assigned.

P.S. I haven't used this system before, but I think it would be
useful. I'll maybe make some mistakes, sorry in advance.
