1. Register at the SourceForge as a developer (If you haven't done this yet).
2. Subscribe to the general mailing list (we have only one mailing list now). Read recent posts in forums -- our primary way of communication.
3. Configure your CVS client to work with our repository and download the source code.
4. Build the source.
5. Choose direction of what you'll been doing (see doc "ToDo list" in docs section). Go to appropriate forum and say something about it. Maybe somebody has already started, so try to communicate.
6. and start developing :) Write code
