Provide an ldif import script with sample data for Users, Projects, People, Timesheet, Calendar (and a delete script)

perhaps this should be split into: - initial ldif import (to get it running) - demo data ldif import (to play around)
the last one could do with a delete script.
this way http://www.openprojectservices.org/twiki/bin/view/Users/LDAPUserManual#Ldap_base_layout won't be a hand job any more.
