Hello,

After you cross-compiled oProfile, did you execute "make install" at your
target's console?  I'm using busybox which is not configured to include a
"make" command.

You need to build the user-mode oprofile tools and install them onto the
target.

I posted a summary to the oprofile mailing list a few weeks back with how to
cross-compile the user-mode tools. It's not really as simple (or
docucmented) as it ought to be.
