The oprofile-ocount/ocount-run.exp uses 'taskset -c 0' to run some ocount tests. If the system does not have processor 0 online, the tests fail with multiple messages like the following:

FAIL: Non-zero count for workload workload_ocount/load_bin and event <cycles-evt>

The testcase should try to deterministically obtain a valid online processor number to use in the taskset.
