#1 opl.app reports an error when run

After installing the v0.20 OPL users package for Series 60, the opl.app
icon is shown in the Menu app.
Launching this app reports an error:
ERROR: opl.opo does not e
(or some such message).

Solution:
Return opl.app to Hidden status, it should be hidden in real-life, I
only unhid it for testing.

Fixed in build v1.21 (alpha release 021)
oplr/opl/oplaif.rss - make the opl.app hidden
oplr/src/EN_APARC.CPP - to bail out if the user runs the hidden app
(Needs to be verified -- Ewan reports he's still seeing it.)

Fixed in build 021 - the error msg is not reported. (Plus opl.app now uses
the 'hidden' attribute, so it's more difficult to launch it.)
