#24 Annotation Toolbar
This toolbar provides label to annotation conversion and annotation placement tools. It has been in use by Polk County as a VBA tool for several years. The toolbar contains fuctionality that would be useful to the other ORMAP ESRI counties, however the current version of the tool is not useable by most of the counties because of some structural issues. This project seeks to ammend those structural issues and integrate the tool's functionality into the standard ORMAP ESRI .NET framework so it will be useful to all of the ORMAP ESRI counties.
Project Specification
Polk will build functionality in ArcGIS 9.3 under ORMAP contract to be upgraded to ArcGIS 10 at later date.

The folder called "7.Annotation" contains a Flash demo of the VBA Annotation Tool in operation.
