#21 Enhancements for next version of map production tool

Listed are a few things i did to the current version of the map production tool that others counties may find useful if incorporated in the next version.

1.) Ability to have multiple outputs such as tif and pdf from the tool at the same time without running the tool multiple times. I hardcoded in a loop to output a tif and pdf if the tif button was chosen
2.) Set the parent directory of the outputs once so that part of the menu doesn't have to be clicked each time. I set up a couple of functions to parse the map number into final directory for the tif and pdf which were formatted differently.
3.)Choose tif compression type. It was possible to add some code to produce an esriTiffCompressionFax4 which is much smaller than the default tiff.
