#24 httplib.CannotSendRequest

When I try to do some things like creating a new VM or starting it I got this on the my console (I launch OXM window.py file from the command line).
"raise CannotSendRequest()
httplib.CannotSendRequest"

This behavior occurs randomly. Could it be related to some port closed over a firewall?

Troubleshooting:
If someone else is having these problem just do the same thing twice.
e.a: to start a VM click "Start" two times.
