#211 Adding custom portlets

Allow the automatic inclusion of custom portlets when generating the portlets. At present, OX automatically generates the portlet.xml with all the modules defined in the application, however if you want to add a custom portlet you will have to modify the portlet.xml contained in the war.

It would be easier to have a portlet-ext.xml that should be combined with the generated portlet.xml.

Good idea!
I think that it can be achieve even without touching the portlet.xml generator, but only modifiying the ant build to insert in the generated portlet.xml the content of portlet-ext.xml
