#67 error cant find Java JRE(1) on loading the software

cannot load the software - error 'cant start or find

Same error; have read various accounts of others with same
problem, tried the suggested solutions to no avail; finally
installed jre_1.5.0_07, deinstalled Open Workbench 1.1.4,
reinstalled OW1.1.3 - works.
