There might be some accesses to flash, but LED is too quick for human eye. After the accesses the CPU could freeze. It looks like you have burned invalid data into the flash. Please try to connect an oscilloscope to the CPU and watch if there is really no activity on the bus. If there is no activity, then your CPU (or board) is broken.
