#527 [ws] DynamicInvoker problem with certain WSDL files

When WSDL files expose several bindings for the same
service (typically for several protocols, such as
SOAP, HTTP POST, HTTP GET), the DynamicInvoker may
create a NullPointerException, because it is not
designed for other protocols than SOAP.
