[Openvrml-develop] CVS module name change

Completing the name transition for 'LibVRML97' to 'OpenVRML', our primary
CVS module has been changed from 'libvrml97' to 'openvrml'. Persons using
CVS will need to check out from scratch in order to sync up with this
change.
