[Openvpn-devel] Patches for 64bit version of TAP-Win32?

I'm putting together a new Windows build that has some TAP driver 
changes, including a Vista fix and support for x86_64 (amd64).

Can someone who has built 64 bit versions of tap0801.sys and 
tapinstall.exe indicate whether any patches were required against the 
standard TAP-Win32 sources + OemWin2k.inf in order to build.
