Discussed the "tun.c patch breaks compile on FreeBSD" issue:

Dazo wrote a patch that fixed this issue. The patch was tested by ecrist on FreeBSD: he also promised to test it on OSX.

Discussed the updated "Add MinGW WinHTTP compatibility import library" patch:

Jamesyonan needed further details from the author before giving it an ACK.
