I would suggest writing the series of commands into a batch file with a "pause" on the end of it, then running it from one of the clients to watch for failures. Now then, why do you use net stop/start dnscache? >From reading the info on it, turning it off will stop you from being able to resolve DNS, but nothing actually says that it flushes your DNS cache (although that would make sense.) easiest way to do that in windows is just to run an "ipconfig /flushdns" But still, run it from a batch file with a "pause" on the end to get more debugging information than OVPN is recording.
