my plan is, every user can have limited traffic, e.g. 200G per month.before
user used up his quota,he can have what ever bandwidth he like.but after he
used up the quota,no connection is allowed anymore.so i have to make sure
the status log is accurate and the crontab can gather information from this
log...
so...again...why there is UNDEF common name in status log?

Hey,
I have a friend who has setup that up on his server which acts as a public
mirror for opensource software.  He uses the approach I mentioned to limit
bandwidth usage when it gets to 1 limit he defined, then completely stop
traffic at a second limit.
