[Openvpn-users] OpenVPN 2.0-rc18 released

This release updates the Windows installer with OpenSSL and NSIS 
bugfix releases.

I made some changes to the download function on the web site -- downloads 
are now handled fully by the openvpn.net server rather than being pushed 
off to the sourceforge download system.

I've also increased the visibility of the paypal donation option when
downloading -- hopefully that will improve the donation rate which has 
unfortunately slowed to a trickle recently.  If OpenVPN is valuable to 
you or your company, please consider a donation to help us get the 
project funding back on track.  And of course, thanks as always to those 
of you who have donated thus far.
