New Release OpenUSS Version 1.1

A new release of OpenUSS Version 1.1.

What's new?
- Upgrade to JDK 1.3.
- Upgrade to JOnAS 2.3.
- Developers can compile all the HTML files for xmlc with ant scripts.
- The GUI is upgraded.
- Every institutions can handle "closed group lectures" for their students.

- And many bug fixes.

Notes:
User of InterBase 6.0.1: Please use the interclient.jar delivered with this version. The old version is not compatible with JDK 1.3
