#42 LinkList Extension Component

We have to develop a new LinkList Extension Component.
Just like Lecture Material Component, it will be added
into each Subject/Enrollment. This is also
customizeable just like other Extension Components.

This component will also base on the Bookmark Component
from LPortal. It would be also nice to have an
automatic mechanism to check whether the links are ok
each "time definition" (month, week, or so).
