This is usually cause by a wrong PATH in config file.
For me to help out I need to know:
1. The real path where openupload has been installed
2. The config.inc.php part where the www_root and install paths are set.

It's a path or permission problem. You sure you are pointing it to the www directory?

I pointed to the folder "www / openupload" but I also have the problem, it is very embarrassing.
And yet I have write permission on files and folders.
